Due to high exploiting of the mineral wealth, minerals and concentrates as raw materials for producing primary metals are becoming more deficient and the production processes more expensive, so the demand for secondary raw materials becomes important link in production of black and non ferrous metals.
The company 034 METAL INDUSTRY has developed network of suppliers of secondary raw materials. The dominating secondary raw materials in the production are aluminium, copper and steel secondary raw materials. The recycling plant includes strict selection, sorting and baling of metal scrap.
At the very beginning of recycling circle, during the phase of reception of secondary raw materials (buying off) we perform rough separation according to chemical composition and purpose. So prepared secondary raw materials are directed to fine recycling where all metal and non metal inclusions are separated. After this process, we send the raw materials to mechanical preparation (baling, briquetting and separation of iron from the materials).
Recycling plant is equipped with special purposes vehicles (trucks with lifters, auto lifters, electro-magnet lifters for iron, etc.), which enables fast and efficient transport of material.
