The vision for future is defined as development into modern organized company by building up our top management to the level of European management which will create recognizable, trustworthy brand.
034 Metal Industry constantly invest into improvement and education of its staff, as our opinion is that a company is as good as people who work for it.
The last of such projects is Management skills improvement training. All executive and operative managers participate in this seminar and costs are covered by the company. The aim of this training is to enrich employee’s knowledge with practical managing skills. Some of the issues covered by these creative trainings are: Quality of team management, negotiating skills, presentation skills, good decision making, etc.
