Foundry
Foundry plant produces aluminium, zinc and copper based alloys of secondary and primary materials. For production of alloys of secondary raw materials we have our own source of raw materials as we have recycling plant for non ferrous metals. Within the foundry plant we have a line for gravitational mould aluminium casting and line for aluminium die casting.
We have several units for melting of metal in our foundry using only natural gas and electricity.
According to the construction we have:
- chamber tilting furnaces using gas
- chamber rotary furnace using gas. Combined with this furnace we also have a 12 tons volume holding furnace which enables production of homogenous alloy from one charge,
- three electro - induction crucible furnaces for production of various pre-alloys, primary metals alloys and secondary copper alloys.
The special attention is paid to the quality of the alloys, so we apply strict processing and preparation measures to the melt. We also perform strict chemical control of each alloy in our laboratory equipped with optical emission spectrometer and devices for fast chemical tests based on X-rays.
